Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates ready to develop their leadership skills and grow into future management opportunities. This position is designed for high-performing individuals who want to expand their knowledge of warehouse operations, lead by example, and gain hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This role combines warehouse operations with team leadership responsibilities and serves as a key stepping stone toward management.

What You'll Do

• Participate in and lead pre-shift meetings
• Conduct daily stretching and safety exercises before each shift
• Perform safety observations and reinforce safe work practices
• Coach and train warehouse associates
• Support site leadership with day-to-day operations
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Assist with yard marshalling responsibilities
• Learn all aspects of receiving, unloading, and loading operations
• Help oversee workflow within designated warehouse areas
• Support productivity, quality, and customer service goals
• Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual material handling techniques
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and leadership potential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs. throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and willingness to coach and support team members
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, unloading, loading, or equipment experience preferred
• Interest in developing leadership and management skills
