  • Apply strong judgment in typography, composition, color, imagery, and visual storytelling; present concepts and clearly explain design decisions.
  • Partner with the VP, Brand & Creative Development and stakeholders to refine creative solutions and maintain brand consistency.

Design & Multimedia Production:

  • Design and produce polished assets across print, digital, publications, signage, environmental graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Develop event themes and branded materials for annual company events, such as the GM Summit and President’s Club.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce video and motion graphics content, including animation and audio, for digital and on-property use.
  • Adapt creative across platforms, formats, and sizes while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Prepare technically accurate, production-ready files to printer, fabricator, installer, and digital platform specifications.

Project Ownership & Collaboration:

  • Independently own assigned projects from intake and creative brief through concept, approvals, production, delivery, installation or launch, and closeout.
  • Build and manage project schedules, balance concurrent priorities, manage feedback and revisions, and proactively communicate status, risks, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate quotes, proofs, specifications, and delivery dates with printers, fabricators, installers, and other vendors.
  • Verify final implementation for quality and brand accuracy, resolve issues, and remain accountable for the final result.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, resort teams, and web developers to ensure work is integrated and executed accurately.

Creative Technology & Innovation:

  • Use AI-assisted creative tools thoughtfully for concept exploration, image development, asset enhancement, and production efficiency.
  • Evaluate all output, AI-assisted or otherwise, for brand fit, visual quality, licensing and usage rights, and production readiness.
  • Stay current on design, video, and production tools and trends, and bring new ideas to the team.
