Testing, Certification & Compliance
Framework Development: Create and maintain comprehensive testing requirements, test plans, and procedures for new payment technology products.
Validation Ownership: Lead the debugging of the technology products using L2 tools required for the effective execution of type approval of the product
Compliance Program Design: Advise on establishing certification requirements and compliance programs to ensure seamless, standardized product rollouts.
Vendor & Partner Management
Strategic Partnerships: Manage relationships with external vendors, including card and chip manufacturers, test laboratories, test tool providers, and mobile application developers.
Quality Assurance: Oversee external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and tools that align with corporate standards.
Industry Standards & Stakeholder Collaboration
Standards Alignment: Manage and participate in the development of payment specifications within relevant global standardization organizations.
Cross-Functional Communication: Educate, communicate, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding new and updated payment standards and specifications.
Risk Management & Operations
Proactive Mitigation: Actively manage, mitigate, and escalate risks or customer-impacting issues to senior management during day-to-day operations.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of payment technology research and development experience
At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal or external business clients

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Technology
