Personal Loan Account Representative

$17/hour starting pay + up to $500/month in performance bonuses Full-time, on-site in Buffalo, NY | Paid training starts Monday, November 16, 2026

Put your customer service skills to work helping people get their personal loan payments back on track. At Capital Management Services (CMS), you'll work directly with customers on behalf of a nationally recognized financial institution. You'll explain payment options, help customers resolve recently missed payments, and give them a clear next step.

Experience in first-party collections or financial services is a plus. If you're comfortable on the phone, can handle sensitive conversations with empathy, and know how to keep accurate notes while working across multiple systems, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customers whose personal loans are 2–90 days past due.

• Listen to each customer's situation, explain available payment options, and help them take the next step toward bringing their account current.

• Review account details and document each conversation accurately.

• Meet individual and team performance goals while following client and compliance requirements.
