Deep expertise in AI/ML platforms including LLM serving, model gateways, vector databases, agent frameworks, evaluation systems, and guardrails. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices. Experience translating emerging AI research into practical engineering strategy and platform capabilities. Experience operating within regulated industries, preferably Financial Services or Insurance. Strong platform-as-a-product mindset with focus on adoption, developer experience, and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RLHF, RLAIF, fine-tuning, distillation, or post-training of AI models. Expertise in AI observability, FinOps, and large-scale LLM cost optimization. Experience with agent ecosystems, evaluation platforms, and knowledge graph architectures. Contributions to open-source AI infrastructure or published work in agentic AI systems. Deep Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Payments domain experience.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on AI platform leader who combines platform engineering excellence, AI innovation, cloud-scale architecture, and regulated-industry expertise to build and operate enterprise-grade AI platforms adopted across the organization.
