Conduct customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and agile delivery sprints.
Troubleshoot and optimize query performance, semantic models, caching strategies, and analytics environments.

Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities and delivery methodologies.

Skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, data engineering, or analytics platform implementation.
2+ years of hands-on Looker development experience, including LookML, dashboards, and semantic modeling.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery or modern cloud data warehouse platforms.
Experience building and supporting production analytics solutions and data pipelines.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing, and software development best practices.
Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in agile, fast-paced consulting and delivery environments.
