ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- must have high school diploma (or equivalent)
- must have the ability to work well with others
- must have the strength and dexterity to perform all labor tasks related with the job
- must have ability to take directions, possess good public relations skills and ability to work well with others
- must be able to demonstrate basic computer literacy
- must have acceptable background check and complete all requred personnel records
- must have good record of punctuality and attendance
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
- must be a positive voice with other staff and community members at all times
- must be prepared for change, even if it comes at a faster than desired pace
