Why Choose Candor? At Candor, we’re not just a company - we’re a mission-driven community of educators passionate about making a real difference. Here, your expertise isn’t just appreciated - it’s celebrated. We believe you can serve students meaningfully without sacrificing your work-life balance. Join a supportive team where your growth, well-being, and success take center stage.

What We’re Looking For:

Are you a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to empower students and schools? Here's what you’ll need to join our team:

Education: Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
Licensure: Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Language Proficiency: Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Your Role:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll play a vital role in helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive in their educational settings. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Evaluate Needs: Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students’ needs for specialized therapy services.
Communicate Findings: Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
Provide Therapy: Deliver therapy services directly or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
Monitor Progress: Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to advocate for and support students’ special education programs.

Your expertise will empower students to overcome challenges, improve communication skills, and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

We believe exceptional educators deserve exceptional benefits. Here’s what you’ll enjoy as part of our team:

Competitive Pay: Starting at $53.00 per hour - get compensated for every minute you work.
Flexibility: Choose a schedule that works for you - full-time, part-time, or as-needed roles available.
Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans designed with you in mind.
Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with matching contributions to help you secure your future.
Professional Growth: Access mentorship opportunities and reimbursement for professional development.
Bonuses: Earn up to $1,000 in referral bonuses for bringing great talent to our team.

Ready to Make a Difference? This is more than a job - it’s your opportunity to inspire change and grow with a team that values YOU. Don’t wait - apply today and discover how you can thrive at Candor.
