Janitor

**TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 5 WEEKS**

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Temporary Janitorial Attendant to assist with maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of a condominium community. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have good attention to detail, and be comfortable performing general cleaning and janitorial duties in indoor and outdoor common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
• Remove trash and ensure garbage areas remain clean and organized.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other common-area surfaces.
• Maintain clubhouses, fitness centers, and other community amenities.
• Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of outdoor common areas.
• Assist with pressure washing and occasional light maintenance duties as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Supervisor.

Full-Time Mon-Fri

Pay Rate: $18
