Rural Scheduler (full-time)

Ebensburg lcoation.

Perform the scheduling function in an accurate, safe manner, providing effective customer service and complete the clerical duties for CamTran+ (Rural Division). Monitors and reacts to Ecolane Scheduling.

• Uses computer to enter/retrieve customer information, check status, make adjustments.
• Assist in money room procedures when needed.
• Assist Bus Operators with Tablet when needed.
• Assist with special promotions and events, as needed.
• Contributes to team effort by performing all other duties as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned

A minimum of a high school education and at least three (3) years' experience in either transportation operations and/or customer service. Experience using a computer and applications is required.

• This is a safety sensitive position subject to US DOT Drug and Alcohol pre-employment, random, post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing, as governed by FTA regulations and Authority policy.
• Must complete Supervisor Training in Reasonable Suspicion (49 CFR Parts 653 & 654)
• Must maintain awareness of any transportation laws posted by CamTran.
