Quality Control Manager

Pay Range: $135,000 - $160,000 Who is Tunista Construction looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five (5) years’ experience as a Quality Control Manager relevant to heavy civil construction, on previous projects of similar size and complexity.
• Required familiarity with EM 385-1-1 requirements and experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance.
• Must provide copies of current certifications applicable to the QC Manager role and required by the contract for verification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain qualifications to work on secure military facilities required.
• Must have current valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Company’s Driving Policy.
• Ability to pass a drug, driving and background screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
• Prior United States Army Core of Engineers (USACE) experience highly preferred.

Working Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Tunista Construction LLC has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. At times, work is performed outside of the office at indoor and outdoor job sites. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes, and occasional overtime for immediate field support may be necessary.
