In this position you would be responsible for ensuring deals are quickly funded with all the financial institutions we work with. You would report to a Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience funding vehicle deals within a Dealership, required
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)

Essential Duties, but not limited to:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Write and distribute emails to all Lenders, handle all funding delays, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of all deals in a timely manner
• Update all deals and Unfunded list
• Liaison to handle requests and stipulations from our lenders and senior managers to fund all of our deals quickly and promptly
• Other duties as assigned.
