Senior Analyst/LNO

CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are seeking a Senior Analyst/Liaison Officer (LNO) to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP). This position provides analytical, reporting, and liaison support to strengthen Army TAP execution at the installation level. The selected candidate will monitor program operations, prepare leadership reporting, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support outreach and event activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transition program data and prepare reports on operations, training opportunities, and performance trends.
• Develop command-level briefing materials and reports for leadership review and decision-making.
• Upload, monitor, and maintain data within Government systems and portals as required.
• Coordinate outreach activities with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Labor (DOL), employers, and other stakeholders.
• Support job fairs, hiring events, summits, conferences, and other transition-related activities.
• Collect and analyze customer satisfaction, compliance, and outcome data to evaluate program effectiveness and timeliness.
• Track TAPXXI progress and distribute commander reports and other required program products.
• Support installation-level event planning, logistics, and marketing efforts.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement initiatives that improve awareness and utilization of transition services.
