About us:

Calder is solving the data bottleneck for embodied AI and world models. Today's AI models lack the real-world, 4D data needed to reason on spatial problems and operate in physical environments. We capture, process, and deliver high-fidelity human-generated spatial data at scale, providing the substrate that trains the next generation of generalizable models for manipulation, navigation, and interaction.

About the role:

You’ll be the backbone across the employee experience and candidate lifecycle, as well as own significant portions of the supporting infrastructure.

• Own reqs and be responsible for the funnel and cycle end-to-end.
• Ideate, build, run, and refine a myriad of people/HR programs.
• Be a go-to partner for leads and employees, from big wins to tough conversations.
• Pragmatically handle core HR with good judgment.
• Refine and implement enhancements to our existing systems and processes.
• Manage various vendors, internal policies, and contingent workforce logistics.

About you:

A dynamic and versatile go-getter that can balance getting things done now with longer horizon plans. You seek out ownership, revel in solving problems for people, and have a knack for the details.

• 4+ years in recruiting, HR, and/or people operations for a technology company.
• HRIS and/or ATS power-user (instincts & savviness matter most but Ashby is plus).
• Firm grasp of employment basics.
• Confident guiding leaders and supporting people through hard moments & challenging conversations.
• Discreet, trusted, and sound in your judgment.
• A builder at heart: careers, teams, processes, programs, systems, + trust.
