As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in AI and prompt engineering with strong instructional, communication, and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions covering AI fundamentals, generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and practical applications of AI in mission-focused environments.

- Evaluate trainee comprehension and performance through assignments, practical demonstrations, knowledge checks, and formal assessments. Identify learning gaps and provide actionable feedback.
- Provide individualized guidance, reinforce critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and support trainees with varying levels of technical experience.
- Track attendance, participation, assessment results, and overall readiness. Maintain accurate training records and communicate progress, concerns, and recommendations to program leadership.
- Prepare trainees for transition to their permanent CBP assignments by reinforcing professional communication, collaboration, adaptability, and the practical application of AI skills in an operational setting.
- Incorporate lessons learned, trainee feedback, and emerging AI capabilities to improve training effectiveness and ensure course content remains relevant.
- Coordinate with program leadership, technical subject matter experts, and receiving teams to align training outcomes with operational requirements and deployment expectations.
