Location: Traveling

At Calnin and Goss, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

Join Calnin and Goss as a Project Coordinator and play an important role in keeping our construction projects organized, connected, and moving forward. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Field Staff, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Customers, providing essential coordination and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle. From project setup and document control to cost reporting, procurement, accounts payable, payroll, and tracking extra work, you’ll help ensure our project teams have the information and support they need to deliver successful projects.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with others, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. If you’re highly organized, a strong problem solver, and interested in building your career in construction, this is an opportunity to grow with an employee-owned organization that values safety, teamwork, and development.

If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
