Who You Are:
As a Full-Time Porter, you are the reason a community looks and feels cared for. You will work a consistent 40-hour week on a schedule built around the needs of your assigned communities, keeping the common areas, amenities, and grounds of your assigned communities clean, safe, and guest-ready. Depending on the market, you may be dedicated to one community or cover a route of several communities on a set weekly schedule. You take pride in details residents and property teams notice - a spotless lobby, a clean elevator, a litter-free breezeway - and you communicate clearly with your on-site property contacts. This is a "Never Not My Job" role for someone who is dependable, self-directed, and holds a high standard for their work.

- Support other Additional Services as needed, which may include but are not limited to: pressure washing, bulk item hauling, doorstep trash coverage, and light community cleanliness tasks.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Florida/Southern weather, walking long distances on properties, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
