| LOCATION Fairfield Township Campus – D Russel Lee Building

| GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Maintenance Technician will maintain the physical facilities, school plant, and grounds in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.

| QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent;
• One (1) year of related work experience preferred;
• Appropriate licenses for job e.g. fork lift, electrical, air conditioning;
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting and physical labor;
• Willingness/ability to work as a team member;
• Good organization skills;
• Valid driver's license;
• History of good job attendance; and
• Must pass criminal background check.
