Pay Rate With Tips: $23.35 - $25.35/hr

Shift Leader – Lead the Lounge with Energy & Passion! At Burger Lounge, we don’t just serve burgers - we create experiences. What You’ll Do Lead the Team & Keep the Energy High

• Deliver amazing guest experiences using our G.O.A.L. standard (Greet, Offer, Anticipate, Leave a Lasting Impression)
• Train and support new team members - set them up for success
• Work the floor - jump in as a greeter, cashier, or food presenter when needed
• Keep the dining room and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Communicate and work closely with BOH & FOH teams to ensure top-notch service

Keep the Operation Running Smoothly

• Follow cash handling procedures and assist with closing duties
• Understand and execute menu knowledge, allergens, and guest requests
• Brew teas, prep shakes, pour beer & wine (if 18+)
• Assist with opening & closing tasks as needed

What You Bring to the Table 1+ year restaurant experience (high-volume a plus!) Leadership skills - you naturally take charge & inspire your team Cool under pressure - fast-paced environments are your thing Team player - you jump in where needed to help the crew Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings) Food Handlers Card (or ability to obtain)
