Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate concerns to program leadership as appropriate.
Assist with resource planning, staffing coordination, task assignments, and project workload tracking.
Facilitate project meetings, document meeting outcomes, and track action items through completion.
Prepare project updates, dashboards, briefings, and other materials for internal and customer reviews.
Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with technical and functional teams supporting infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, systems, applications, and IT service management activities.
Assist with process improvement initiatives designed to improve project execution, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Work with corporate functions such as Contracts, Finance, Security, Recruiting, and Human Resources as needed to support program requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with established requirements and procedures.
Support proposal activities, contract modifications, transition efforts, and other project initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management or collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
