Maintenance/Grounds Keeper

Buffalo Gap Guest Ranch is looking for a full-time Maintenance/Groundskeeper for the 2026 season.

Responsibilities Include:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding grounds and lots on property
• Clearing debris, trash, and leaves from walkways, parking lots, and grounds
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor outdoors in diverse, sometimes extreme weather
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and stand for long periods of time

Hours and Pay Rate:

• This is a full-time position with pay per hour rate or pay/room and board rate discussed at interview.
