We are a growing company that continues to add new locations, creating ongoing opportunities for team members who want to develop their skills and advance.

Why Work With Us?

High-performing team members who consistently engage customers and meet sales goals have the opportunity to significantly increase their overall pay through commission.
Paid training, including customer engagement, product knowledge, and recommendation techniques
Exposure to operational skills beyond customer service
Clear opportunities for advancement as the company grows and expands into new locations
401(k) with company match (full-time)
Medical, dental, and vision insurance (full-time)
Paid time off (full-time)

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression
Engage customers at the paystation and recommend wash packages or memberships based on their needs
Contribute to individual and team performance goals tied to commission opportunities
Stay informed on promotions, wash options, and membership benefits
Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and appearance
Perform routine site tasks such as pressure washing, cleaning equipment, folding towels, and general upkeep
Assist with light maintenance and report equipment issues
Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly

Growth & Development Bubble Down Car Wash promotes from within whenever possible. Team members who demonstrate reliability, strong performance, and leadership potential may be considered for advanced training opportunities, including leadership or management-in-training pathways as the company continues to grow.

Advancement is based on performance, business needs, and readiness, not tenure.

Additional Perks

Flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time team members
Overtime opportunities when business needs increase
Employee referral program

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs during a shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
