CNC OPERATOR

CNC Operator Brunner & Lay, a family-owned manufacturer in Springdale, Arkansas, is seeking experienced CNC Operators for openings on all three shifts. This position is responsible for operating CNC equipment, reading manufacturing prints, checking parts for accuracy, and maintaining consistent production and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working with measuring tools and following established machine processes and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Read and follow manufacturing prints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify part dimensions.
• Monitor machine operation and identify basic production or quality issues.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, or similar measuring tools.
• Ability to read manufacturing prints.
• Reliable work history and attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 23 kg.
• Ability to work safely and consistently in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of CNC machine operating experience.
• Previous machining or manufacturing experience.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with CNC setups is a plus but is not required.

Schedule and Pay Openings are available on all three shifts.

• 2nd shift differential: $0.75 per hour
• 3rd shift differential: $1.00 per hour

Starting pay is based on experience.
