Rigger/Swamper

Responsible for safely preparing, attaching, and securing loads for lifting and moving using

cranes, hoists, winches, and other lifting equipment. This role requires knowledge of rigging techniques, load

calculations, equipment inspection, and adherence to all safety regulations to ensure efficient and incident-free

lifting operations. Assists truck drivers, equipment operators, and rigging crews with loading, unloading,

securing, and moving equipment and materials. This position supports daily field operations by ensuring work

is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous oilfield, construction, or heavy haul, rigging experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and lifting equipment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work long hours, outdoors, and in changing weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
