With a strong presence across multiple states, the firm is committed to exceptional client service, industry expertise, and a collaborative environment that supports both client success and employee growth.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings strong legal judgment and a strategic approach to foreclosure and creditors’ rights litigation.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high-volume foreclosure litigation caseload from referral through resolution, including contested matters.
  • Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
  • Handle all aspects of contested litigation, including case strategy, issue spotting, risk assessment, and case progression.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and other court appearances, both telephonic and in person.
  • Draft and respond to substantive motions, discovery requests, objections, and other litigation-related filings.
  • Review loan documents, title work, and chains of title to identify potential legal issues and ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status, litigation strategy, risk assessment, and case developments.
  • Collaborate with internal attorneys, paralegals, support teams, and management to ensure cases progress timely and in compliance with court and client requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with court deadlines, procedural requirements, and client-specific expectations.
  • Exercise independent judgment when addressing legal issues and navigating complex or ambiguous matters.
  • Adapt to changes in laws, regulations, client requirements, and firm policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
