What is Being Offered:
- $75K-$85K base + bonus (OTE $135K-$170K)

What The Position is About:
- Own the office-side of the post-sale production process
- Review contracts and project details with the sales team
- Create material lists and order materials for each project
- Schedule projects, assign crews, and manage production calendars
- Negotiate with crews and vendors as needed
- Monitor project profitability
- Keep projects moving from sales through installation while maintaining accurate and updated project documentation
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Experience managing the post-sale side of residential construction, remodeling, building materials, or similar
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented personality
- Strong understanding of job profitability
- Comfort managing a high volume of projects and moving pieces simultaneously
