What The Position is About:
- Lead and manage the canvassing team (3 team leads)
- Hire, train, and develop the canvassing team
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies and campaigns to generate leads
- Monitor metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the canvassing team
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the conversion process
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Multi-location canvassing leadership experience within the home improvement industry
- Experience managing a team of 10-15+ is ideal
- Canvassing leadership and development experience
