(Day) Process Team Lead

Job Title: Process Team LeaderLocation: Salt Lake City, UTStarting Pay: $27-$30/hour DOESchedule: Monday-Wednesday, 5AM-5:30PM

Be Part of Something New! Bridor is opening a brand-new industrial bakery in Salt Lake City, and we’re looking for a Process Team Leader to help launch our operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team from day one, shape production processes, and be part of a facility that sets the standard for quality, efficiency, and innovation. What You’ll Do

As a Process Team Leader, you will:

• Lead a team through all stages of mixing, touring, laminating, and shaping.
• Ensure production meets quality, safety, and customer specifications.
• Help design and improve processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.
• Train new employees and provide hands-on support to operators.
• Oversee production schedules, report downtime, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote safety, GMP, and food quality standards across your team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in food manufacturing or bakery production.
• Hands-on knowledge of bakery processes (Mixing, Touring, Laminating, Shaping).
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards.
• Comfortable with computers and production tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced, cold, and noisy environments.
• Detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to quality.
