• Minimum Amount: $47,360.00 (Degreed base rate)
• Maximum Amount: $53,419.00 (Certified base $49,419.00 + $500.00 ESOL + $1,000.00 Reading + $2,500.00 Master's)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Engaging Math & Science Instruction: Design and deliver interactive, standards-aligned mathematics and hands-on science lessons that spark curiosity, develop critical thinking, and build numerical fluency.
• Supportive Classroom Culture: Maintain a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, capable, and motivated to succeed.
• Differentiated Learning: Tailor instruction and use data-driven small groups to support diverse learning styles, English Language Learners (ELLs), and varied academic proficiency levels.
• Collaboration & Growth: Participate in professional development, weekly team planning, and instructional coaching while maintaining clear, consistent communication with families.

What We’re Looking For (Key Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university required.
• Certification: Valid or eligible Florida Educator Certificate in Elementary Education (Grades K–6).
• Background Clearance: Ability to successfully pass a Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening.
• Preferred Experience: ESOL Endorsement/Certification, Reading Endorsement, prior upper-elementary teaching experience, and familiarity with Florida B.E.S.T. Mathematics and State Science Standards.
