Pay: $30 per hour. We cover all travel and lodging and provide two meals daily. The position requires 100% travel and luxury hotel experience.

Hotel Housekeeping Manager Duties:

• Daily Operations: Oversee daily cleaning workflows for guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, employee areas, and laundry services.
• Staff Supervision & Training: Hire, train, schedule, and direct Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Supervisors. Conduct daily shift briefings.
• Quality Inspections: Perform routine visual and written inspections of guest rooms (including VIP arrivals) and common spaces.
• Inventory & Budget Control: Manage cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment inventories, place vendor orders, and monitor departmental labor and operating budgets.
• Maintenance Coordination: Track room status discrepancies nightly and submit maintenance/repair requests to the engineering department.
• Guest & Employee Relations: Resolve guest complaints promptly and administer performance feedback, coaching, or disciplinary actions per company policy. [1,
