Position Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy IT Specialist to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure, custom AI automation agents, and digital marketing. You will build, deploy, and maintain AI-driven bots that automate content generation, workflow routing, and scheduled publishing across our social media ecosystems (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X).

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Agent & Bot Development: Design, deploy, and manage autonomous AI agents or scripts (using tools like custom LLMs, Grok/OpenAI APIs, or orchestration platforms) to handle repetitive digital tasks and content pipelines.
  • Social Media Automation: Build automated pipelines that generate, format, schedule, and cross-post media assets consistently across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
  • System Integration & Monitoring: Connect AI tools, content management systems (CMS), CRM workflows, and analytics dashboards to track engagement, reach, and bot performance.
  • Quality Assurance & Brand Safety: Monitor AI-generated copy, images, and video output to ensure alignment with brand voice, compliance, and platform guidelines.
  • Troubleshooting & Security: Manage API keys, user login sessions, data privacy, and server/cloud hosting for active automation scripts.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud automation (AWS, GCP, or local/hybrid AI setups).
  • AI & LLM Experience: Hands-on experience prompting, fine-tuning, or building multi-agent workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source frameworks).
  • Social Media Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the algorithm mechanics, rate limits, and publishing requirements of major social networks.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for debugging broken automation scripts and scaling content output without manual intervention.
