Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Full-time Greenfield DAYS AND NIGHTS AVAILABLE - Week on, week off schedule. Work 181 fewer days than a typical Monday through Friday job while earning a full-time salary. One Specialized shift available that is 41 hours weekday only and no Holidays. Schedule is set on Tuesdays and Thursday, Mon/Wed/Fri are flexible. Direct Support Professionals play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. This position involves providing compassionate, person-centered care and support to help individuals increase their independence and participate fully in their community. Assist individuals with daily living activities Support health monitoring and accompany individuals to doctors appointments Encourage and facilitate social engagement Ensure safety and overall well-being Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and team members to develop and follow individualized care plans Serve as an advocate and trusted companion, fostering dignity, respect, and empowerment No experience necessary.
