- Brief and partner with agencies, freelancers and production vendors within approved scopes and budgets. Coordinate estimates, deliverables, and feedback and confirm asset usage rights with the appropriate partners.
- Partner with DTC, Wholesale, Ecommerce and Marketing to review creative performance, develop purposeful test variations, and use customer feedback and campaign results to improve future work while maintaining brand consistency.
- Maintain organized asset libraries, file naming, version control and reusable templates. Apply channel specifications and accessible design practices and share brand guidance with internal and external teams.
- Communicate and manage sample needs with the Marketing Coordinator for seasonal needs and product shoots.
- Attend all photo shoots as a Brahmin brand expert on the vision and product.
- Conduct style outs for monthly product shoots and seasonal product video shoots.
- Be the authority on fashion, accessories, creative trends and emerging creative applications. Evaluate AI-assisted workflows where useful for ideation and production, following company policies and protecting product accuracy and confidential information.
