As an STNA at Bradford Place, you'll provide individualized, high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, home-like environment where residents feel supported, respected, and cared for. Essential Responsibilities Include: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse. Accurately take and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators. Support nursing staff during treatments, procedures, and emergencies.
