Job Description

Supervise store operations and its personnel. Perform ordering, pricing, and merchandising functions.

• Train, evaluate, supervise and discipline retail staff.
• Maintain a professional and high standard of customer service.
• Report any losses or defects of merchandise.
• Receive, analyze and communicate feedback regarding store merchandise.
• Prepare store and conduct quarterly inventory according to policy.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels in response to business demands.
• Supervisor and oversee merchandise displays, cleanliness, and organization of store.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Verify and authorize cash transactions e.g. bank issuance, voids, and over rings.
• Ensure proper pricing of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• One (1) year of experience in a similar position in a retail store preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in retail buying and merchandising preferred.
• Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about the product lines and retail operations.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be detail orientated.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
