You will take ownership of business development, independently source and lead prospect meetings, understand complex financial needs, and develop customized investment and financial planning strategies. With an exceptional 13-week training program and hands-on mentorship from experienced leadership, you'll have the resources and support to build a successful, long-term career. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and personable professional who thrives in a hunter-style sales environment, embraces coaching, and is excited by the opportunity to build a substantial book of business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development
- Independently source and conduct a minimum of 15 prospect meetings per week following the initial training period
- Build trusted relationships with business owners, executives, athletes, and affluent individuals with complex financial needs
- Identify client goals, financial priorities, and investment objectives to develop customized wealth management and financial planning strategies
- Lead consultative sales conversations and manage a long, relationship-driven sales cycle from initial outreach through client acquisition
- Collaborate with investment professionals, CPAs, attorneys, associates, and client service teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions
- Continuously expand financial market knowledge, incorporate coaching and feedback, and develop a sustainable book of business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2–5 years of wealth management, financial advising, or related financial services experience preferred, with consideration for exceptional early-career sales professionals from other industries
- Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 65 licenses preferred, with the ability to obtain required licenses before the next training class
- Demonstrated success in business development, consultative selling, relationship management, or independently generating new business
- Strong hunter mentality with the motivation and entrepreneurial drive to build a book of business from the ground up
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executives and high-net-worth individuals
- Strong intellectual curiosity, capital markets interest, coachability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Benefits:
- Medical coverage effective on your first day
- Dental and vision insurance options
- 401(k) with company match
- 20 vacation days for eligible VP-level employees
- Attractive first-year compensation structure
- Dedicated mentorship, hands-on leadership support, and a collaborative team environment with approximately three support professionals per advisor
- Hybrid flexibility with autonomy to manage your schedule, client meetings, and networking activities
