Original job description
Position Title: Operations Director
This role places a single leader in charge of how a growing food and beverage producer makes its product, from forecasting demand to the moment it ships. The Operations Director leads the production, packaging, and engineering functions, owns the plant's supply chain, and steps onto the floor with a wrench when production needs a hand. The company is expanding into major national retail channels, so the person in this seat shapes the systems that must scale with that growth.
The team is small, close-knit, and long-tenured, with many colleagues who have worked together for more than a decade. Leaders here are known by the whole company, and their decisions are visible. The position is onsite and offers a defined path toward a Chief Operating Officer role as the business matures.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE Plus a performance-based bonus opportunity
