Original job description
Position Title: JR Advisor
A seasoned wealth advisor with decades of experience and a standing in the top 5% of her field is looking for a successor, and this position is the first step toward that role. The Jr Advisor learns her planning methods directly from her, works with a smaller book of loyal, high-net-worth families, and takes on client relationships in stages. The work centers on multigenerational wealth planning, with an average client relationship of approximately $2.85M.
The position carries no cold calling and no heavy marketing expectations. The focus remains on serving established clients, supporting financial planning, and building toward the lead advisor seat. The practice is a small, sole-practitioner office with remote administrative support for meeting preparation and calendar management. Potential future equity and succession opportunities exist for the right person. Candidates who value direct mentorship and a defined path forward will find a clear structure here. Thank you for taking the time to review this opportunity.
