Position Title: Client Associate

Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000/ Year DOE + Bonus

About:

Are you a client-focused financial services professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships? We are seeking a dependable, personable, and detail-oriented Client Associate to support a team of four Financial Advisors in its office. In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while providing high-quality support to approximately 100 clients. From facilitating client fund and securities transfers, processing checks and transactions, and entering buy/sell trade orders to handling client inquiries and supporting advisor communications, you'll be a trusted partner to both clients and advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the financial services industry, values teamwork, and wants to build a long-term career in a stable, supportive client service role rather than pursue a Financial Advisor track. The ideal candidate is a steady, service-minded professional who is personable, collaborative, comfortable working independently, and genuinely enjoys supporting clients and advisors in a long-term capacity!

Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of four Financial Advisors by managing daily client service needs and administrative operations
  • Facilitate transfers of client funds and securities, process check requests, and handle cashiering activities
  • Enter and process financial transactions, including stock and bond trades, options, margin trades, mutual funds, and stop orders
  • Provide professional telephone support, respond to client inquiries, and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Process annuity and insurance payments while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of account transactions
  • Assist with client communications, periodic mailings, and maintaining strong relationships between clients and advisors
  • Keep advisors informed of important client account activity and transaction updates while helping ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of financial services experience, ideally in a Client Associate, Client Service Associate, or similar support role
  • Active Series 7 and Series 65 licenses highly preferred, with consideration for exceptional candidates who have relevant industry experience and are willing to obtain licensing
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and confidently interact with clients over the phone
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • A dependable, long-term mindset with a genuine interest in remaining in a client support and service-focused position
  • Ability to successfully pass required FINRA background screening and credit checks, with no disqualifying licensing issues

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
  • Annual firm performance bonus
  • Licensing bonus for obtaining required registrations within the designated timeframe, along with an increase in salary band and title
  • Generous paid time off, including up to 20 days annually based on tenure, plus 83 hours of sick time
  • 10 paid company holidays and a supportive, stable work environment that prioritizes work-life balance
