Job Duties
Boston Scientific Corporation seeks a Sr. Clinical Analytics Analyst at its Arden Hills, MN location.
DUTIES: Analyze, design and build a clinical data lake to continue to support regulatory submissions, maintaining market approval and company acquisitions. Prepare analytics and insights and provide tools and solutions to support and measure operational efficiency and optimization within the clinical department. Ensure resources to execute trials and data readiness for regulatory submissions risking product approval status. Develop and communicate the clinical data analytics strategy. Provide analysis and tracking of clinical data through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights. Provide guidance on appropriate technologies to meet the specific business needs and provide development support for the implementation of solutions. Drive clinical data and clinical process analysis to ensure accuracy, optimization of execution and implementation of new analytic opportunities. Analyze, design and develop new applications in a SaaS platform. Analyze requirements against any existing solution design and use advanced specialized knowledge to assess impact and potential concerns. Identify the right infrastructure for our clinical data repository and reporting which meet the future technology and secured at the same time, since clinical data is highly regulated. Iterate specialized requirements with business users to ensure that final requirements meet both business and technology needs. Utilize clinical data understanding along with technology (AWS, python, Rave) to build the clinical data model. Provide clear timelines and quality standards to the business for end product based on the defined requirements. Set up and drive meetings with project stakeholders to define highly specialized and complex requirements. Deploy the solution into test environment for testing. Fix technical issues with resolution including diagnosis of problems identified during testing and release the solution for production. May require travel/Telecommute.

Minimum Education Required
Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum Experience Required
REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field plus 60 months in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Python, 2) Machine Learning / AI Modeling, 3) CDASH (Clinical Data Acquisition Standards Harmonization), 4) AWS Cloud (Glue, Lambda, RDS, DMS, Step Function, Cloud Formation, Bedrock), 5) Spark, 6) Medidata Rave EDC, and 7) Veeva CTMS / eTMF, and 8) CDISC Standards.
