Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated and responsible LED Truck Driver to join a company built on trust, accountability, and a commitment to exceptional service.

In this role, you'll be entrusted with driving our one-of-a-kind Bone Dry Roofing Digital Display box truck to represent our family-owned brand at pre-determined events or around local roadways.

You will play a key role in building real relationships, exposing the community to our brand, and helping our neighbors feel connected to a company that stands for trust and peace of mind.

As a LED Truck Driver, you'll spend the majority of your time in the field safely transporting the LED truck to designated areas, bringing energy and positivity by interacting with event-goers in a friendly, unobtrusive way.

While you will never be expected to "sell," you will be expected to represent Bone Dry Roofing’s standards and values, exuding friendliness, compassion, and inclusion to the communities we serve.

This position offers a part-time schedule out of our Indianapolis office, requiring hours from 12:00pm to 8:00pm with a 3-day work week option of working Sunday to Tuesday or Thursday to Saturday, alongside a 10% travel requirement for outer market locations and occasional overnight stays.

The ideal candidate is a calm, reliable, and authentic individual who enjoys engaging comfortably with the public while remaining completely unfazed by traffic, crowds, or minor technical difficulties.

To be considered, candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen, and possess a current Indiana Driver's License in good standing with a clean, insurable driving record.

Additionally, candidates must have a strong work ethic, a friendly and affable demeanor, and the ability to stay in consistent communication with the home team during events.
