Original job description

The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group Location: This role is designed for professionals who enjoy being where the action happens. You'll be based full-time on project sites, working alongside talented teams to deliver meaningful, high-impact construction projects. To help support work-life balance while working away from home, you'll return home every three weeks for an extended long weekend, giving you dedicated time to recharge, reconnect with family and friends, and enjoy the flexibility of a unique project-based career.

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

We build more than complex projects, we build the infrastructure that powers communities, strengthens partnerships, and creates lasting impact. We're seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations on utility-scale solar projects, helping deliver some of the nation's most significant renewable energy developments.

As a Site Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for bringing large-scale solar facilities to life. From site mobilization and civil work through pile installation, tracker systems, electrical infrastructure, and commissioning support, you'll lead the day-to-day execution of work across fast-paced, multi-million-dollar renewable energy projects. You'll work alongside talented craft professionals, subcontractors, project teams, and owners to safely deliver projects that contribute to a cleaner energy future.

In this role, you'll drive field operations, coordinate multiple trades, manage site logistics, and maintain alignment between schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. You'll partner closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to proactively solve challenges, optimize productivity, and keep work moving forward across large, complex project sites. Success in this position requires strong leadership, renewable energy or heavy civil construction experience, exceptional subcontractor coordination skills, and the ability to adapt as project conditions evolve.

If you're energized by leading teams, building large-scale renewable energy projects, and making a visible impact on projects that will generate power for decades to come, you'll find tremendous opportunities for growth, responsibility, and career advancement at Boldt. Here, you'll help build the future of energy while working alongside an organization known for safety, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.

If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
