The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group Location: Appleton, WI, Remote
At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
As a Design Manager, you'll be at the center of those decisions, leading the planning, design, and preconstruction efforts that set complex projects up for success.
This is more than a design coordination role. You'll serve as a trusted leader and strategic partner, bringing together owners, engineers, trade partners, and project teams to solve challenges, align priorities, and turn big ideas into buildable solutions. From concept development through construction readiness, you'll influence key decisions around scope, schedule, cost, risk, and constructability on major power, renewable energy, and industrial projects.
You'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with industry experts, and make a visible impact on project outcomes from day one. Whether you're leading design workshops, facilitating critical project decisions, or helping teams navigate complex challenges, your leadership will directly influence how projects are delivered.
For professionals who enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and driving results, this role offers exceptional opportunities for growth and advancement. You'll expand your expertise across design, preconstruction, project delivery, and client leadership while building a path toward senior project, operational, and executive leadership positions.
If you're energized by bringing people together, influencing major project decisions, and helping shape some of the most complex construction projects in the country, we'd love to have you join our team. Come help us build what's next.
