Location: Glencoe, MN | Travel throughout the Midwest
Position Overview
At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
The Boldt Company is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the delivery of complex data center construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional ready to take the next step in their field leadership career while working alongside experienced Superintendents on fast-paced, highly technical projects. In this role, you will help coordinate daily field activities, site logistics, trade partner execution, material deliveries, and short-term planning while supporting a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing the coordination and execution required to successfully deliver mission-critical facilities.
As an Assistant Superintendent, you will partner closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, trade partners, and other project stakeholders to drive field execution from site mobilization through turnover. You will assist with subcontractor coordination, safety and quality initiatives, schedule execution, inspections, material and equipment tracking, and resolution of day-to-day field challenges. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction, along with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. This role is designed for someone who wants to continue developing as a field leader, take on increasing responsibility, and ultimately grow into a Superintendent role while helping deliver some of the most complex construction projects in the industry.
