Business Development Representative

BDC Agent - Bob Johnson Toyota

Full-Time | On-Site | 40 Hours per Week

Pay Range: $50,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule: Saturdays and some evenings required

Bob Johnson Toyota, the largest Toyota dealership in the area, continues to grow, and we’re looking for motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Agents to grow with us!

If you have call center experience, strong communication skills, and enjoy helping customers, this is an opportunity to join a busy dealership with a fun atmosphere, plenty of customer activity, and room to advance. Automotive experience is preferred, but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales calls and internet inquiries.
• Help customers take the next step by scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
• Proactively contact customers about vehicle purchase and trade-in opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of customer conversations and follow-up activity in our CRM.
• Work closely with sales management and the sales team to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Meet established goals for customer contact, appointments, and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous call center experience required.
• Automotive experience preferred, but not required.
• Clear, confident phone skills and strong written communication.
• A positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.
• Availability to work on-site, 40 hours per week, including Saturdays and some evenings.
