Bluestar Moving Services is hiring dependable, compassionate Pack & Move Associates to assist with downsizing, packing, unpacking, light moving, and home organization. You'll work alongside a supportive team to help clients prepare for their moves and feel comfortable in their new homes.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time, project-based position with flexible scheduling. We are looking for individuals who can commit to full workdays on the days they are scheduled.

• Availability for full-day assignments of up to eight hours is required.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Workdays and weekly hours vary based on client needs and scheduled projects.
• Some assignments may be shorter, and projects may be offered on short notice.

What You'll Do

• Carefully pack household belongings, including fragile and valuable items.
• Label and organize boxes for efficient moving and unpacking.
• Help clients sort belongings and identify items to keep, gift, donate, or discard.
• Unpack and organize belongings in clients' new homes.
• Assist with light furniture placement and household setup.
• Follow the Team Lead's direction and work collaboratively to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Treat clients, their homes, and their belongings with care, respect, and confidentiality.

• Comfort working in clients' homes and adapting to changing project needs.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client locations in Naples and surrounding areas.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Experience in packing, moving, organizing, senior services, hospitality, caregiving, or customer service is a plus, but is not required.
