PM Crew Member

Looking to work afternoons and evenings in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? Dunkin’ is hiring PM Crew Members to help keep things running smoothly through the evening rush and closing time. Ideal candidates are available to begin shifts after 2:00 PM and stay through store close at 9:00 PM, with additional time for closing duties until 11:00 PM. Must be available on the weekends! If you're dependable, energetic, and ready to end your day on a high note, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Begin shift after 2:00 PM to support afternoon and evening operations
• Serve guests quickly, accurately, and with a positive attitude
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized throughout the evening
• Complete closing tasks including cleaning, restocking, and securing the store
• Work collaboratively with other team members and shift leaders

Required Availability

• Must be available to start shifts after 2:00 PM
• Must be available to stay until 11:00 PM to complete closing responsibilities if needed
• Must be available on the weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment during peak hours
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Prior QSR or food service experience is helpful, but not required
