What You'll Do As a Thrift Store Associate, you'll help keep our store welcoming, organized, and successful by:

• Creating attractive merchandise displays and pricing donated items
• Assisting customers and delivering exceptional service
• Processing sales and handling donations accurately
• Opening and closing the store as scheduled
• Collaborating with and supporting volunteers
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment
• Helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for serving the community and supporting a meaningful mission
