Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

A warehouse manager is experienced in managing space and layout of the warehouse, managing, and controlling the workflow from inbound to outbound with accuracy and efficiency, and creating a safe environment for warehouse employees and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enhance warehouse space utilization through strategic planning and ongoing improvements to the layout. Ensure the security, organization, and cleanliness of warehouse space and equipment.
2. Oversee inventory management processes by sorting and organizing inventory to maintain accuracy.
3. Manage daily tasks and ensure an efficient workflow from inbound to outbound operations, striving for high-quality output.
4. Supervise warehouse staff by selecting, training, coaching, positioning, assigning tasks, planning, monitoring performance, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
5. Ensure the safety of warehouse inventory and operations by establish, monitor, and enforcing safety procedures and protocols.Guide the team lead in conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and promptly arrange necessary repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
6. Proactively plan and execute strategies to achieve overall operational goals set by senior management, while providing feedback for procedure improvement.
