Job Title: General Manager - Residential HVAC Location: West Chester, PA Pay: $80,000 to $95,000 base salary plus performance bonuses, commission, and profit sharing
Company Overview:
We are a fast growing, locally owned residential HVAC company dedicated to providing high touch, honest service to homeowners across Chester and Delaware counties. We are looking for a General Manager to lead our technical operations and work alongside ownership to build the brand.
What You Will Do:
You will be the operational backbone of the company. Duties include overseeing job costing, managing CRM dispatching, and mentoring incoming technicians. As we scale, you will balance leadership with field execution, performing service calls and system replacement quotes until your team is fully staffed.
What We Need:
- 5 plus years of hands on HVAC service and leadership experience.
- EPA 608 Certification required. NATE or ICC certifications are a major plus.
- Clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer first approach.
Compensation & Perks:
$80,000 to $95,000 base salary plus performance bonuses, commission, and profit sharing. The compensation package includes a take home vehicle, tools, PTO, and a monthly healthcare stipend.
